BlackJack Browser Game

The game is played with between 1 and 8 decks, depending on your settings.

The goal is to get the total value of your hand as close to 21 as possible, without going over.

If at the end of each round, the total of your hand is higher than the total of the dealer's hand without having gone over 21, you win that round.

If the total of your hand goes above 21, you bust and lose that round.

The dealer is required to hit when their hand totals 16 or less, and possibly on soft 17 depending on your settings.

If the total of the dealer's hand goes above 21, you win that round.

If the total of your hand ties the total of the dealer's hand, you push and get your wager amount back.

If your first two cards total exactly 21 after on your initial hand, that is BlackJack and you win with a payout of 3/2

After the initial cards are shown, you have one chance to double down. If you do, your wager amount for that hand is doubled, and you draw exactly one additional card.

If your initial two cards for a hand are of the same rank, you can split the hand. If you do, your wager amount for that round is doubled, and you will have two hands, with each starting with one of those cards.

After the initial cards are shown, you have one chance to surrender. If you do, you receive half of your wager amount back and the round ends.

Each hand, you have the option to bet on a rotating set of side bets for what combination of initial cards will be dealt. For example, there is a 150/1 payout for getting two King of Hearts if that side bet is active.
